Paediatric Speech-Language Pathologist
Trisha has been passionately supporting children and their families with speech-language services for the past 10 years. She specialises in early intervention and Autism Spectrum Disorders.
Trisha has worked in a variety of settings including schools (Canada and UK), Special Education Schools (UK) and multi-disciplinary clinics (Canada and UK). She has experience working with children from birth to 18 years. Her experiences working as an SLP in both London UK and here in Canada have provided a unique skillset and perspective.
Whie living in London, UK, Trisha started a speech-language pathology blog which was nominated for a UK Blog Award.
Dedicated to continuing professional development, Trisha has achieved many professional training qualifications including Hanen: More Than Words, The SCERTs Model, Project Impact, Colourful Semantics, and Lego-Based Therapy.
She is clinically certified with Speech-Language and Audiology Canada (SAC), registered with the College of Speech and Hearing Health Professionals of British Columbia (CSHBC) and is a member of Speech and Hearing BC. She is also listed on the Registry of Autism Service Providers (RASP).
